Managing partner of BDG Sparkes Porter, David Brogan, has left the company after 10 years at the helm to form his own advisory firm.
Brogan stepped down from his managerial role at the niche agency two weeks ago.
His decision was driven by a desire to take a more deal-oriented role.
The new venture, Agile Real Estate, offers a commercial leasing service to both tenants and landlords.
He is working with clients Derwent London, the British Ballet Organization and the World Cancer Research Fund.
Brogan said: “I’ve gone out to do my own thing as I think lot of people in the market get a buzz from doing the deals, and I needed that buzz back. It’s not in my nature to sit still, but I want to see what happens and let things grow organically.”
Gregory Porter has taken the reins as BDG SP managing partner.
