Patrizia has submitted plans for a 620-unit PRS development at its First Street site in Manchester.
The scheme, which is being delivered with development partner Ask Real Estate, is part of a major 20-acre mixed-use regeneration.
First Street currently comprises a fully let 180,000 sq ft office building, a 208-bed hotel and bars and restaurants.
Patrizia has formed a joint venture with Greater Manchester Property Fund to deliver a further 173,600 sq ft office building at First Street, part of which has already been prelet to Gazprom.
