CBRE has appointed a former RBS banker to expand the firm’s capital advisory team in Manchester, bringing property finance advisory and brokerage expertise to the UK regions for the first time.
Victoria Hill has spent the last 10 years at RBS providing joint venture equity, mezzanine and senior debt facilities to UK funds, PropCos and HNWIs.
Hill will work closely with the capital markets teams to extend the debt and structured finance capability directly to the regional markets.
Her role will include supporting clients in all debt-related aspects of transactions focusing on origination, structuring, sourcing and the procurement of debt facilities, bringing together lenders with regional appetite with borrowers acquiring regional assets.
