Derwent Group has signed Home Bargains at its White City Retail Park in Trafford, Manchester.
The shop has agreed to take 14,140 sq ft on a 15-year lease for a store that is due to open just after Easter 2016.
Existing tenants at the 210,570 sq ft scheme include Currys, Dreams, Furniture Village, Halfords, Sofaworks, Costa and M&S Foodhall.
James Maule-Finch, senior asset manager at Derwent Group, said: “The refurbishment work we’ve undertaken is paying real dividends and some really exciting retailers are already in negotiations for the last remaining units at the park.”
