A fire-damaged, Grade II listed hotel in Ilfracombe, Devon, with outline permission for conversion to 11 flats is to be offered by Lambert Smith Hampton.
Guided at £250,000 to £275,000, the 25-bedroom former Berkeley Hotel sits on 0.2 acres.
Ilfracombe resident, artist Damien Hirst, has an in-principle consent to develop 750 eco-homes in the town. The sale takes place on 22 February at Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel, W1.
