Timberland is opening its first stand-alone footwear shop in the UK.
The brand, owned by VF Corporation, will take 1,500 sq ft on a 10-year lease at 158 Oxford Street, W1, which is owned by the Langham Estate.
Timberland will pay £500,000 pa for the shop, which will open in March.
It hopes to open three more footwear-only shops in the UK this year and is seeking sites of 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft.
CBRE is advising Timberland; the Langham Estate was not advised.
