Board reshuffle at CP Bigwood
CP Bigwood has reshuffled its board, chaired by Rory Daly, folloing the firm’s acquisition by Shepherd Direct last month. CP Bigwood founding directors Nigel Curry and Paul Curry have retired. Daly said that CP Bigwood had “a number of other potential acquisitions in the pipeline”.

68% success for Auction House
Auction House Manchester achieved a 68% success rate at its 2 February auction at Manchester City Football Club, raising £3.3m. The top lot was a nine-acre plot of land in Accrington, Lancashire, with development potential, which sold for £300,000.
Block sale for Allsop Ireland
Allsop Ireland is offering 24 flats as one lot at its 25 February sale in the RDS Concert Hall, Dublin. The reserve range for the Co Westmeath lot is around €1.3m to €1.4m (£1m). In total, 250 properties, valued at €31m, will be on offer.
