A 17,836 sq ft former school in the Yorkshire Dales National Park guided at £275,000-plus is being offered at Pugh & Co’s next sale.
The former Baliol School in Sedbergh, Cumbria, which sits on 4.1 acres, was previously home to 37 boys aged 11 to 16 with special educational needs or behavioural difficulties.
The auction takes place on 23 February at Leeds United Football Club.
