Wells Fargo is thought to be close to agreeing a lease on an office building under construction near the Bank of England in the City of London, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
Developer HB Reavis is due to complete the building, 33 Central, in the first quarter of 2017. Once work is finished, the building will provide 225,000 sq ft of space.
