Patron Capital has sold its stake in Staybridge Suites in Liverpool to its partner, Cycas Hospitality.
The European investor sold its stake in the 132-room hotel to its operating partner, which will continue to manage the serviced apartment complex.
The hotel is located on King’s Waterfront opposite the BT Convention Centre, Albert Docks and ECHO Arena.
Patron first invested in the hotel in 2008 through its purchase of the Cycas Hospitality platform.
Camil Yazbeck, investment director of hospitality and leisure at Patron Capital, said: “This deal highlights our strong relationship with Cycas, with whom we previously partnered to develop, manage and sell two hotels at the gateway to London’s Olympic Park in Stratford. This latest hotel transaction follows our sale of Jupiter Hotels late last year.”
