Lettings boost Derwent results

at the end of 2015, according to its latest results.

Completed projects added 31.5% to the portfolio and boosted the company’s NAV by 21.6% year-on-year.

Rental income was up by 7.8% to £138m as strong occupier demand for London offices helped drive new lettings totalling £27.1m.
