British designer Tom Dixon has revealed the top five trends to keep an eye on in 2016 in an exclusive interview with Estates Gazette.
The former creative director of Habitat went on to talk about his move into workspace design following the completion of his most recent scheme, a co-working space in Camden called Interchange.
“Co-working is now every property developer’s obsession,” he said. “In the end flexibility and start-up spaces are great things. They are revolutionising the workplace.”
He also revealed grand plans to move form interior design to shell and core architecture: “It is definitely part of my strategy. It might be just a dream. But some of my dreams have come true so far.”
