McCarthy & Stone have unveiled images of its latest residential scheme in Poole, Dorset.
Its Horizons development will deliver 60 flats for people aged 70 and above. It has a GDV of £20m.
Amenities will include a dedicated concierge, club lounge, restaurant, well-being suite and flexible on-site care and support.
Completion is expected in the spring of 2017.
