Redevco is considering adding a boutique hotel into its mixed-use development of the Hanningtons Estate in Brighton, East Sussex.
There would be scope for a small hotel of 40-plus bedrooms at the site, subject to planning.
The portfolio, acquired by Redevco around the site of the former Hanningtons department store last year from RBS for £50m, consists of nine adjoining buildings totalling 122,000 sq ft.
