The fashion company of Dragons’ Den mogul Touker Suleyman has found a new headquarters in St John’s Wood.
Low Profile Holdings, the fashion manufacturing firm which owns brands including Hawes & Curtis and Ghost, has signed a 10-year-lease for 15,000 sq ft at Ziser Investments’ 85 Frampton Street, NW8.
It has agreed a rent of £38.50 per sq ft. Low Profile will move from its premises at BDC House in Green Lanes, N8, to the mixed-use development upon its completion in May. Low Profile was represented by Robert Irving Burns; Pilcher Hershman and Paul Belchak & Co acted for the landlord.
