Rishi Sachdev is close to selling two London Hilton hotels from his Shiva Hotel business for £100m.
Redefine BDL Hotels, part of Redefine Property Group, has bought the 192-bedroom Hampton by Hilton London at Gatwick Airport, and is under offer to buy the 260-bedroom Doubletree by Hilton at London ExCel, E16.
The pair were put up for sale along with two others – the Hampton by Hilton at Waterloo, SE1, and the Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5 – at the end of last year.
