Cadogan Estate has appointed Haydn Cooper as property director.
He will be responsible for managing the landed estate’s entire 93-acre commercial and residential portfolio in Chelsea, South West London, and report directly to chief executive Hugh Seaborn.
He replaces Emma Guy, who has returned to the company in a part-time asset management role following her maternity leave.
Cooper joins the business from Grosvenor, where he was location director for Mayfair and worked on place-making projects for Mount Street, W1, and Belgravia, SW1.
He said: “I’m especially looking forward to further exploring my personal passion for place-making, which is at the heart of Cadogan’s vision for and stewardship of Chelsea.”
Cadogan Estates is currently leading the Pavilion Road redevelopment, SW1, which will see seven new shops and a new public courtyard built off Sloane Square.
