Residential Land sells £161m assets

Roland-House-SW7Residential Land has disposed of £161m of assets, including Roland House, SW7, which it sold for £58m.

The private landlord sold Roland House in South Kensington to Gulshan Bhatia, who also owns the Hilton Paddington and Hilton Waldorf hotels in London.

The 30,328 sq ft building contains 94 flats, two penthouses, a gym and a spa.

Residential Land also sold Kew Bridge Court, W4, to Grainger for £57.5m and Thurloe Commercial, SW7, for £45.8m to Pramerica Pension Fund.

Kew Bridge Court is a 2.2-acre freehold estate with 94 flats and four new eco houses. It also has planning consent for five penthouses.

Thurloe Commercial comprises eight shops totalling 26,000 sq ft. Tenants include Ralph Lauren.
