The effect of the oil price collapse, as well as the threat of a Brexit on inflows of Middle Eastern capital to the UK, will be discussed in a panel session being held at the MIPIM property conference in Cannes.
Industry experts will also debate the implications of the UK’s tax regime on investors’ appetite at the event, hosted by Cluttons and supported by Estates Gazette on Thursday 17 March.
From the London Stand, Cluttons will present the results of its Middle East Private Capital Survey, which will reveal the top global investment destinations for the Gulf’s wealthiest investors, and panellists will debate London’s ability to retain its position at the top of the list.
