Kajima Properties has put The Grove, 248a Marylebone Road, NW1, up for sale. Allsop has been instructed to sell the 25,000 sq ft prime office asset for £26m – a 4.5% yield. It is arranged over seven storeys and is fully let to multiple tenants. Kajima refurbished the AHMM-designed building in 2012 and leases are subject to rent reviews starting in 2018. Interest is expected from investors seeking to benefit from the nearby Crossrail station at Bond Street, which will be operational in 2018.
