CBRE Global Investors has reshuffled its senior management team.
Matt Khourie, previously chief executive of CBRE GI, has moved over to sister company Trammell Crow as its chief executive. He had previously spent 29 years with the development arm of CBRE.
Taking Khourie’s place will be Ritson Ferguson, who has been on the investment committee of the business since 2011 and chief investment officer since 2015.
He will also remain chief executive of CBRE Clarion, the real estate securities arm of CBRE.
Danny Queenan, who was the chief operating officer at CBRE GI and also chief executive of Trammell Crow since 2011, will now concentrate on running CBRE GI’s operations. He will remain on the board of directors at Trammell Crow.
Bob Sulentic, chairman and chief executive of CBRE said: “These changes allow us to capitalise on the skills and experience of three accomplished real estate investment executives.”
