Fashion brand Jigsaw is set to open a luxury concept store at the Crown Estate and Oxford Properties’ £400m St James’s Market, SW1, redevelopment later this year.
Jigsaw will sign a 10-year lease for the 3,000 sq ft store, which will include 1,000 sq ft for its sister brand The Shop at Bluebird. Rents in the area can reach £750 per sq ft zone A.
St James’s Market will provide 210,000 sq ft of offices, five flagship stores for lifestyle and fashion brands, and seven restaurants.
