Stratford-upon-Avon flats on the way

approval-stamp-generic-THUMB.jpegArden Quarter, the £40m redevelopment of the former cattle market site in Stratford-upon-Avon, has been granted planning permission.

Developer Orbit Homes secured consent to build 189 homes on the site next to the train station.

The scheme will comprise eight shared-ownership flats, 58 for open-market sale and 102 independent living apartments for people aged 55 or over.

The PRP-designed development will also include shops, a café, a play area and a pocket park.

The scheme is due to be completed in phases from 2018 to 2019.
