Sports car manufacturer TVR is planning to build a plant in Ebbw Vale, in south Wales, joining Aston Martin which last month announced plans to build a factory in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Carwyn Jones, the Welsh first minister, said the announcement sent a strong message that Wales was the location of choice for advanced manufacturing.
Both companies received government grants to encourage them to move to Wales.
