Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a £75m acquisition loan to Tishman Speyer for its purchase of The Economist Plaza, 25 St James’s Street, SW1.
The New York-based investor purchased the plaza’s three buildings in February for £132.5m from the Economist Publishing Group.
The loan represents a 43% loan-to-value ratio.
