Ardstone and CBRE GIP grab Bristol office block

Temple-Back-East-Bristol-ALTArdstone Capital and CBRE Global Investment Partners have bought the headquarters of Bristol law firm Osborne Clarke for £34.1m.

The price paid for 2 Temple Back East to vendor Deka reflects a 5.8% yield.

The 87,500 sq ft grade-A office is let to Osborne Clarke until 2022.

In December the pair bought the 25,661 sq ft James Tudor House in the city for £6.9m from Loxton Developments.

The purchaser was advised by Cushman & Wakefield; Deka was represented by Savills.
