Dolphin Living has secured planning consent for its residential-led redevelopment of the Maida Centre and North Paddington Youth Club on Lanark Road, W9.
Westminster City Council granted permission for 67 homes alongside the construction of larger and more modern community facilities.
Some 65% of the homes will be designated as affordable rented housing.
Dolphin Living intends to deliver 1,000 new homes to rent by those on lower to middle incomes by 2020. Rents charged will be affordable to households with incomes ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 pa.
