Savills and JLL have been appointed to let a prime Bloomsbury office block following its extensive refurbishment.
Blackstone’s Lacon House on Lamb’s Conduit Street, WC1, has entered the leasing market, offering 215,000 sq ft of grade-A office space in the supply-strapped central London.
The property is set across the ground to eighth floors and boasts floorplates up to 26,000 sq ft plus roof terrace.
Quoted headline rents on the building are expected to reach £75 per sq ft.
