The freehold for the 829,851 sq ft estate is being sold on behalf of London and Scottish.
The estate comprises 73 units, ranging from 1,937 sq ft 72,944 sq ft.
It is let to 53 tenants on 60 occupational leases, providing around £2m per annum at an average rent of £3.66 per sq ft, 40% below headline rents in Glagow.
There are opportunities to add value through asset management and letting vacant units or selling units to occupiers.
