Barnard Marcus revs up sale

Barnard Marcus is offering a part-freehold former car dealership in Canning Town, E16, with planning permission for 16 flats and three commercial units, at its 12 April sale at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2. The guide price is £2m.

A&R offers Highgate lot

Andrews & Robertson’s latest catalogue includes 0.5 acres in Highgate, N6, with planning permission for a six-bedroom house extending to 6,232 sq ft. The lot is guided at £2m. The sale takes place on 21 April at Hotel Russell, WC1.

Bath house makes a splash

A Grade I listed town house in Bath will be offered at Auction House’s 14 April sale at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club in Bristol. Guided at £1.7m, the 4,112 sq ft house dates back to 1793 and is set across six floors.

£1.5m for Symonds & Sampson

Auction house Symonds & Sampson raised £1.5m at its 30 March sale. The largest lot, a five-room Dorset cottage, sold for £250,000.
