Nick Morgan, one of the founding partners of retail property consultancy Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, is to retire at the end of April after 26 years.
Morgan’s tenure saw the consultancy work with clients including Land Securities, St. Modwen and AXA Real Estate, and last year alone act on over £500m of investment transactions.
He was also co-founder of the International Retail Network, which advises investors and retailers on their global expansion plans, and now spans eight countries.
Morgan said: “I have loved being part of this great sector and I’ve made some lifelong friends.
“I feel it’s the right time for me to step back and enjoy some time off, but I know KLM is in great shape and the team can take the company forward at a very exciting time in the sector.”
