Ashby cash raises Slough office

Ashby Capital has forward funded U+I’s £60m speculative office development 2 Brunel Place in Slough, Berkshire.

The 99,862 sq ft Sheppard Robson-designed office is to complete in the first quarter of 2018.

It sits next to Slough station, which will be connected to Crossrail from 2018.

The scheme is one of three buildings at Brunel Place, which will together total 358,000 sq ft and have an end value of £200m.

JLL acted for Ashby. Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank are letting agents.
