Kuwait Airways has become the first tenant to sign at Orbit Developments’ 1 Heathrow Boulevard office building in west London.
The company has secured 8,416 sq ft at the 36,420 sq ft scheme at 284-286 Bath Road, West Drayton, on a 10-year lease at an asking rent of £24.50 per sq ft.
Heathrow Boulevard is a five-building office campus. Other tenants include Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines and the British Airline Pilots Association.
Some 28,000 sq ft of space remains at 1 Heathrow Boulevard, which offers 124 car parking spaces.
