A Bilfinger GVA has let a refurbished townhouse in Edinburgh’s West End to Robinson Medical Recruitment.
The recruitment agency has taken 3,129 sq ft of offices at Ashkirk Properties’ 7 Walker Street to house its growing team.
Anne Robinson, managing director of RMR, said: “We have always been based in the West End of Edinburgh and wanted a space in the same vicinity as the area is well-served by public transport. Now that the townhouse is fully renovated it will serve as an excellent space for our staff to work in and our clients to visit.”
