Lansdowne raise £7.9m

Lansdowne Property Auctions raised £7.9m at its sale on 20 April at the Grosvenor House Hotel, W1, where 86% of lots sold.

Buy yourself a lordship

The ancient Welsh historical title of the Lordship of the Manor of Ambleston will be offered by Paul Fosh Auctions on 5 May, guided at £35,000. The sale takes place at The Park Inn Hotel, Cardiff.

Pugh & Co score at the Etihad

Pugh & Company achieved a 74% success rate at its 21 April sale at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester, raising £6.4m from 126 lots.

Spanish retreat on offer

A three-room house in Alicante, Spain, is being offered by Wilsons with a guide price of £65,000. The sale takes place on 12 May at Portadown Auction Complex, Northern Ireland.

Hollis Morgan hits 86%

Bristol-based Hollis Morgan raised £8.5m from 35 lots at its 20 April sale at All Saints Church, Clifton. Thirty lots were sold, 23 in the room, reflecting an 86% success rate.
