Deloitte Real Estate has sold its national investment team to Gerald Eve.
The 18-strong team, led by John Rodgers, will now transfer alongside the 19 people in the West End and City leasing, lease advisory and dilapidations teams that had already been agreed.
Lambert Smith Hampton owner, Countrywide, had been in the running to take on the national investment team.
The sale concludes Deloitte Real Estate’s strategic review into its transactional team, which was launched in February as a result of conflicts arising from being part of a big-four accountant.
Last week, Knight Frank also agreed to buy DRE’s 48-strong asset and property management team, and Savills secured a deal for its City investment team, which consists of five staff.
The proposed date to conclude all the transfers is 31 May 2016.
