London Central Portfolio has appointed Richard Crowder as a non-executive director to its residential funds.
The residential funds specialist has appointed Crowder to help support the executive team ahead of its flotation later in the year.
Crowder comes from a background with Smith Newcourt, Schroders and Stamford Property.
Crowder said: “Having held non-executive directorships for multiple companies and global family offices, I regularly look for companies with specialist knowledge and diversification opportunities.
“Naomi and her team at LCP has stood out, providing a financially sophisticated real estate advisory solution for UHNWs looking to invest in London’s private rented sector.
