Leon Black, the founder of Apollo Global Management, is selling his condo in the recently completed Faena House in Miami Beach.
The five-bedroom unit is listed for $18.5m via the Alexander Team. The property was bought for $16.5m in September.
Faena House was completed in October and is among the most expensive properties in Miami. It attracts primarily domestic buyers, and has therefore escaped the decline in demand for luxury condos in the area.
