AH unloads 84% of lots

Auction House Cheshire & North Wales sold 84% of the 18 lots offered at its 28 April sale at Chester Race Course, Cheshire, raising £1.9m.


Savills offers park lodge

A former park-keeper’s lodge with permission for conversion to a family house on a 0.2-acre plot near Canons Park, Middlesex, is being offered by Savills guided at £575,000. The sale takes place on 9 May at the London Marriott Hotel, W1.


MS Auctions raises £686,000

MS Auctions raised £686,000 at its 28 April auction at Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, W1. Seven out of 16 lots sold, reflecting a 44% success rate.


Hampstead house for sale

Barnard Marcus’s 17 May sale at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2, will include a freehold house in NW6 arranged as four self-contained flats generating £59,880 pa. It is guided at £1.75m.


Smith & Sons raises £1.3m

Smith & Sons’ 27-lot 27 April sale raised £1.3m, with a 67% success rate. It took place at the Village Leisure Hotel, Wirral.
