The Ivy is set to open its first restaurant outside of London in Clifton, Bristol.
Troia UK, operating as The Ivy, has signed a 20-year lease on West Country Properties’ 44 Caledonia Place, a former banking hall dating back to 1788.
Chris O’Mahony retail and leisure director at Savills in Bristol, said: “The property at Caledonia Place not only provides an excellent Bristol location but also a unique space that complements the Ivy brand.”
The Ivy was represented by Teague & Capital Ltd; West Country Properties was advised by Savills.
