Kennedy Wilson Europe posts rise in value

Kennedy Wilson Europe’s portfolio value hit £2.7bn at the end of March, according to its Q1 2016 results.

Despite a £300m non-core disposal programme announced last August, the REIT added £19.1m of assets in the quarter, plus another £143.5m after the reporting period, including the Towers in Manchester (pictured).

KWE had £673m in cash and undrawn debt, and debt was 38.8% of its portfolio value, or £1.1bn.

The REIT expects to raise its dividend by 37% to 48p per share.
