Rockspring has sold 32 Cornhill, EC3, to a private investor for £21m.
The property, which Rockspring bought in 2006, comprises of 12,141 sq ft of offices across eight floors plus 2,651 sq ft of retail space let currently to TM Lewin.
The office space was fully let until 2014 when Rockspring exercised a break clause to take vacant possession ahead of a full refurbishment.
Since then the fourth, fifth, sixth and eighth floors have been let at rents of between £75 and £85 sq ft.
Rockspring was advised by Knight Frank; Cushman & Wakefield acted for the purchaser. Newton Perkins is the leasing agent.
