Charles River Associates is under offer to take 23,000 sq ft at Mitsubishi Estate’s 8 Finsbury Circus, EC2.
The global consulting firm will join investment management firm Rathbone Brothers, which has signed for 75,000 sq ft. Some 62,000 sq ft is still available.
The 169,500 sq ft, nine-storey building completes this year. Charles River will move out of its offices at 99 Bishopsgate, EC2.
CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield are advising Mitsubishi Estate; CBRE acted for Charles River Associates.
