US rental giant Greystar has unveiled outline plans for its first purpose-built residential scheme in the UK at Greenford Green in west London.
Outline plans for the 27-acre site of the former GlaxoSmithKline and J Lyons buildings include 2,060 homes for sale and rent, alongside shops, commercial space, public space and new connections through Greenford.
If approved, the scheme will be the largest purpose-built rental housing development in the UK.
Greystar will submit plans to Ealing Council by the summer.
