FHP has made Alan Pearson and Rob Spencer shareholders in the company and added them to the team of equity directors.
The move is part of the East Midlands-based agency’s succession plan as it marks its 25th year since formation.
FHP has offices in Nottingham and Derby, and the duo takes on the new responsibilities with immediate effect.
Pearson and Spencer join fellow equity directors David Hargreaves, John Proctor and Andrew Chapman.
Both Pearson and Spencer have been associated with FHP for more than a decade.
Pearson specialises in the retail and leisure sectors, driving lettings in major shopping centres across the East Midlands and key city centre locations, while Spencer focuses on property management.
FHP currently advises on more than 3.5m sq ft of retail and leisure space across the country, working with major landlords such as Intu, Land Securities, Columbia Threadneedle, Topland, Aberdeen and LaSalle Investment Management.
The firm now also has one of the biggest property management teams in the region, acting for a client base which ranges from shopping malls and local authorities to property companies and private individuals.
