One of King’s Cross’s most recognisable buildings has been brought to market.
The Lighthouse, 17,000 sq foot of grade-A office space on an island site between Gray’s Inn and Pentonville Roads, N1, was bought for £3.9m by UK Real Estate in 2006. It has undergone a £30m redevelopment.
UK Real Estate, owned by Nick Capstick-Dale, is also behind schemes in nearby York Way and Noah’s Yard.
The Lighthouse is named after the distinctive Victorian structure on the fourth-floor terrace.
The property is being marketed at £80 per sq ft by Deloitte Real Estate and DE & J Levy as a single-occupier building.
