SEGRO has fully let the UK’s only multi-storey warehouse, X2, Hatton Cross, Heathrow.
Crane Worldwide has agreed a deal to lease the last of the eight available units at the 200,000 sq ft double-decker logistics scheme.
It is taking 33,917 sq ft on a 10-year lease on the upper deck, paying around £13 per sq ft.
