Savills has appointed Jon Gardiner as head of national office agency.
He will take over the post on 1 June.
Gardiner replaces Jeremy Bates, who will continue to head the national business space agency and occupier services alongside his other responsibilities on the UK executive board.
Gardiner joined Savills as a graduate in 1998 and became part of the South East office agency team in 2000.
Working alongside Bates, Gardiner has advised on a number of high-profile instructions in the region including Chiswick Park; SEGRO’s Bath Road scheme in Slough; Ruskin Square in Croydon; and Station Hill in Reading.
Richard Sullivan will remain head of national industrial agency and will work alongside Gardiner, reporting to Bates as divisional head.
