Land Securities has secured a raft of retailers at Bluewater shopping centre, Kent.
Mint Velvet has taken 1,900 sq ft for its first UK boutique in a non-high street location.
Michael Kors has secured 2,800 sq ft for a store which will feature handbags, leather goods and accessories.
Joining the tenants are Jigsaw and LK Bennett, which is relocating to a 1,900 sq ft store.
All four fashion brands will be situated in the lower Guildhall part of the centre and are scheduled to open in the summer.
Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Land Securities, co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “Mint Velvet is a very strong addition to Bluewater’s premium line-up, and it is reflective of the centre’s status in the industry that it will be the location of the brand’s first non-high street store in the country.
“Michael Kors is equally significant and the two, together with the new stores for LK Bennett and Jigsaw, reaffirm Bluewater’s position as the first choice location in the South East for premium brands.”
More than 20 fashion brands have opened at Bluewater over the past year.
