Fairview Homes gets green light for Harrow

Fairview-Gayton-Road-Harrow

Fairview New Homes has been granted planning consent by Harrow Council for a new residential development in Harrow, Middlesex.

The housebuilder has been given the green light for 355 homes on the site of the former Gayton Road Car Park, Sonia Court, and the former Harrow Library site.

Of the 355 homes, 283 will be private, with 230 being offered for sale and 53 for rent. Seventy-two of the homes will be affordable housing.

The site is surrounded by multi-storey blocks of flats. Most of the scheme will have seven to nine storeys, with a 13-storey tower at one end of the development. It will also provide 33,000 sq ft of commercial space.
